| Dear Customer, The announcement from the Government last week was very clear. We must stay at home as much as we can in order to slow the spread of Coronavirus. We are, however, operational and Inktech is continuing to fulfil orders as normal. By remaining open for business, we will continue to supply our customers, many of whom are critical to the food packaging and medical supply chains. Inktech is an independent manufacturer of specialist inks and coatings. Our trade association, The British Coatings Federation is lobbying the Government to ensure that we are considered as an ‘essential’ manufacturer in the event of a tighter lockdown. We are committed to both our colleagues and customers alike during this challenging period and our key priorities are to ensure the uninterrupted supply of products to you as well as providing a safe working environment. We are in regular dialogue with our principle suppliers and have measures in place to help mitigate the risk of failure to fulfil orders. We are reviewing the situation daily and although we have not encountered many product shortages, ethanol (which is used widely within the packaging industry) is in extremely short supply. That said, we have commitments from our suppliers to honour deliveries in the coming weeks but should the situation change we will update you immediately. Our colleagues who can work remotely are doing so and are fully operational. Our production teams continue to work on site at Rochdale under enhanced H&S measures, above and beyond Government recommendations. | Staff who can work form home are being supported with remote access and are instructed to minimise all but essential work related travel. |

| Staff members are encouraged to wash hands more regularly and appropriate hand sanitisers and cleaning products are available tofacilitate this. |

| Staff members are continuing to maintain social distancing in line with government guidelines. |

| We are committed to supporting our colleagues and family members who present with symptoms to take the time off work to self isolate. |

| We are continuing to provide our staff members with appropriate PPE and have regular 1-1 support in place for these employees. |
