We are delighted to announce the promotion of Ryan Pearson to his new hybrid Production and QC Technical Role, marking another exciting milestone in his journey within Inktech.
Ryan first joined the business many years ago as a Youth Training Scheme (YTS) apprentice, demonstrating dedication, skill, and a passion for the technical side of our business. Over the years, he has grown within the company, taking on increasing responsibilities and proving himself as a valuable member of our Inktech production team.
Now, Ryan is stepping into a new hybrid role, combining ink production with quality control (QC) technical responsibilities. This position allows Ryan to grow and develop and expand his skill set.
To ensure Ryan is fully equipped and supported for the new role, he is undergoing an extensive technical training programme under the guidance of our experienced technical team members. His progress has been outstanding, showcasing his adaptability and commitment to mastering new challenges within the Inktech business in Rochdale.
